1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the pgbeat website accessible at https://pgbeat.cam, including all games, betting markets, promotions, tools, and services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by a Player via supported payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all Players before withdrawals are processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gaming platforms is unlawful or restricted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to: account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional offers, and all communications with our customer support team.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. pgbeat reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility

To register and use the pgbeat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. Use of the Platform by individuals under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. pgbeat employs KYC verification to enforce this requirement, and any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pgbeat, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, that restricts your ability to participate in online gaming.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the pgbeat Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your Account, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national ID card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account login details with any third party. pgbeat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. pgbeat reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

pgbeat operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in suspension of the withdrawal and/or the Account.

5.1 Required Documents

The following documents are required for KYC verification:

• Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian National ID Card (KTP Nasional). The document must be current, undamaged, and all text clearly legible. All four corners of the document must be visible in the uploaded image.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (PLN, PDAM), bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or equivalent, or other government-issued document showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the past three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your photo ID adjacent to your face, with both your face and the ID details fully visible and legible.

5.2 Verification Processing

KYC documents are reviewed manually by our compliance team. Standard processing time is 1 to 24 hours during business hours (WIB). Submissions received on Indonesian public holidays — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Nyepi, and Christmas — may take longer to process. Our compliance team will contact you via email if additional documentation is required.

5.3 Ongoing Verification

pgbeat reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including when a Player's account activity indicates unusual patterns, when a withdrawal request exceeds specified thresholds, or when required by applicable regulatory guidelines. Refusal to provide requested documentation is grounds for Account suspension.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

pgbeat supports the following payment methods for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Players are encouraged to review current limits within their Account dashboard. pgbeat reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus funds attached to the Account must meet their respective wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• pgbeat reserves the right to apply additional processing checks to withdrawal requests that trigger risk management thresholds. This may extend processing times beyond the standard window.

6.4 Processing Times

pgbeat targets the following processing times for withdrawals: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional verification checks are required. pgbeat does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to making all reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly.

6.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). If a Player's payment method operates in a different currency, the conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pgbeat is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment processors.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by pgbeat are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Bonus Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total). Only Real Money Funds may be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met; Bonus Funds are removed from the balance upon completion of the requirement.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide: slot games (including slot gacor — high-payout slot titles) typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement; live casino table games and sports betting markets typically contribute at lower rates as specified in the individual promotion terms. pgbeat reserves the right to exclude specific games from bonus wagering contribution at any time.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

pgbeat employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors or loopholes, and colluding with other Players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds forfeited and their Account suspended or permanently closed. pgbeat reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of any winnings derived from bonus abuse.

7.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time they are credited to the Player's Account. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Account balance. Expiry dates are communicated at the time each bonus is issued.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the pgbeat Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as determined by the respective game provider. pgbeat partners with internationally certified game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including those covering BRI Liga 1, the EPL, Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, badminton, MotoGP, and E-sports, are subject to the specific rules of each market. Bets placed on bandar bola (local football bookmaking) markets are settled according to official match results as reported by recognized governing bodies. In the event of a disputed result, pgbeat's decision is final.

8.2 Mix Parlay Bets

Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple match selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., due to a match cancellation or postponement), the parlay odds are recalculated excluding the voided selection. Minimum and maximum odds per selection and maximum total payout limits apply as displayed within the betting interface.

8.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pgbeat reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. pgbeat is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pgbeat Platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorized.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal or financial information during registration, KYC, or payment processing.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise or misrepresent your geographic location.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent Account restrictions, suspensions, or bonus eligibility rules.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pgbeat staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written permission from pgbeat.

10. Responsible Gaming

pgbeat is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

pgbeat provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a set period of time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pgbeat Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of pgbeat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pgbeat name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pgbeat. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pgbeat, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pgbeat's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pgbeat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any game outcomes, or the availability of specific games or markets at any given time.

13. Privacy & Data

pgbeat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pgbeat implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

14. Amendments

pgbeat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, pgbeat will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits pgbeat's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.

It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the pgbeat Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction of residence or access. pgbeat makes no representations that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those it explicitly serves.
